How does Functionland differ from Filecoin?

In the existing cloud service model, an entity provides the hardware infrastructure. Filecoin for example rents it out. So they provide the infrastructure as a service, and someone must pay. Functionland is a truly free-to-use, open-source alternative cloud service. It is designed to be a self-sustainable ecosystem for both users and developers.
